We understand that various methods might have worked for some while leaving others disappointed. That's why we'll cover all four methods, increasing your chances of finding the one that works for you.

Method 1: Compatibility Mode If you've installed the V380 PC software and it's still not working, try this method. Right-click on the V380 app, select "Properties," go to the "Compatibility" tab, and check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7." Apply the changes, close the app, and restart it. Right-click on the camera in the camera list, choose "Camera Details," save the camera info, and double-click on the camera icon. Wait patiently for the camera spinning icon to load (it might take up to 2 minutes).

Method 2: Older Software Version For those still experiencing issues, try downloading an older version of the software. The link to download the older version is provided in the video description. Install the software and follow the same steps mentioned in Method 1 to save and access your camera. After the download is complete, install the software. Upon opening, you will notice the interface is in Chinese. Click on the icon, followed by the next one, and select the English language option. The software will automatically close and reopen in English. Follow the same steps mentioned earlier, but note that in this version, the right-click feature is replaced with a left-side change. Click on the play button and wait for the spinning circle to load. Voila! Your camera should be working now.
